Eligibility for Refunds
- You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a refund, seeds must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for seeds that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

How to Request a Refund
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at info@seed.ua with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or not as described

Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned seeds, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-5 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

International Orders
- We accept refund requests from customers worldwide. Please note that international return shipping costs are not covered by EN.SEED.UA unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Exceptions
- We do not offer refunds for sale or discounted items, or for seeds that have been opened or used.
- Refunds are not available for perishable, personalized, or special-order seeds.
