One of the most beautiful hearts in our collection - and one of the most delicious.

The fruits are elongated, with a spout, shaped like a real heart. The color is rare: emerald green with a white pattern appearing on the sides. Weight 200–400 g. The pulp is fleshy, sweet, with a barely noticeable sourness, which prevents the taste from being bland. There are practically no seeds in the fruits - only pulp.

Why green tomatoes are worth attention. They have less acid than red ones, so they are gentler on the stomach. The taste of green fruits is deeper and more complex - with fruity notes that classic reds simply do not have. And on the plate, a slice of emerald heart with a white pattern makes an ordinary salad look like a restaurant serving.

How to understand that it is ripe. You can’t tell a green tomato by its color—it looks ready even when unripe. Focus on the touch: a ripe fruit gives in slightly under your finger. If you pick it early, the taste will be grassy; if you let it grow on the bush, you will get that same sweetness.
