Terms of the agreement

Online store - a site with an address on the Internet. Product - a product offered for sale in an online store.

Client - an individual or legal entity that placed the Order. Order - a properly executed request from the Client to purchase the Goods.

Transport company - a third party that provides services for the delivery of Goods to Customers:

1. General provisions

1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store represented by the site manager at the time of placing the order.
2. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions discussed in this Agreement. The Buyer's acceptance of this agreement is the placement of an order through the Online Store website.
3. Any individual or legal entity capable of accepting and paying for goods can make a purchase in the online store.
4. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms, in connection with which the Client undertakes to regularly monitor changes to the Terms.

2. Placing an order

1. To place an Order, it is necessary to indicate the Client's actual contact details in the Online Store.
2. The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.
3. The Client's order can be placed in the online store.
4. After placing the Order, the Client is provided with information about the expected date of transfer of the Goods to the Client.
5. If the Client places an Order for a Product in a quantity greater than that available from the Seller, the Seller shall inform the Client by sending a message by e-mail or by phone, specified by the Client during registration, about when the quantity of the Product will be & nbsp; unavailable. The Client has the right to agree to accept the Product in the quantity available from the Seller, or to cancel this item of the Product from the Order. In the event of failure to receive a response from the Client within 3 days after the notification, the Seller reserves the right to cancel this Product from the Order.
6. The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples and a text description, which is the property of the online store.
7. The presented photo samples contain one or more types of goods of a certain name and text information: description, characteristics, dimensions, price per unit of product, and contain information about the main consumer properties of the goods.
8. Some Goods may differ from those presented in the photograph, namely the shade, pattern on the equipment case, case color, etc. If the Client has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Goods, the Client must contact the Seller before placing an Order.
9. No later than the 1st day after prepayment, in the event of cancellation of a prepaid Order, the prepayment amount is fully refunded by the Seller to the Client in the manner agreed upon by the parties; later than the 1st day, the Client is obliged to redeem the order.
